I WOULD LIKE TO COMMENT ON HOW FRIENDLY,HELPFUL AND JUST A ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE I HAD HERE,1ST OF ALL I'M FROM NEW JERSEY,VISITING MY SISTER FOR THE HOLIDAYS.WHEN I NOTICED THAT MY WIFES VEHICLE HAD WEAR ON HER TIRES ON HER TOYOTA (HIGHLANDER),I WENT TO GET THEM ROTATED AND FOUND OUT I HAD LITTLE TREAD WEAR,THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL,GAVE ME QUOTES ON THE TIRES I USUALLY BUY,THEN TOLD ME OF A SALE ON OTHER TIRES(TO HELP ME SAVE $) THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE WITH ALL THE WORK THEY WOULD DO,AND CALL ME WITH NO RESERVATIONS,I WAS VERY PLEASED AND COMFORTABLE (WISHING THEY WERE IN NJ ALSO)THEY ASKED IF THEY COULD BE OF ANY OTHER HELP.(BOY AM I NOT USED TO THIS!!!!!)VERY PLEASED I PAID AND LEFT.THANK YOU DOBBS GROUP !!!!! I HAVE MANY FRIENDS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY AND WOULD RECOMMEND YOU WITHOUT HESITATION!!!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS !!!! went to dobbs to have my radiator leak looked at and that was the only problem i had and when they called me and said that i was looking at 650 dollars for a radiator leak repair because the thermasthat was on the manifold and they would have to take it off the whole manifold. so i told them i would arrange for it to be done on a later date,upon departing the location i went to turn my heater on and all i had was cold air coming out of my vents wheich was not a problem .went to another mechanic and he said they got air in your lines they need to correct there mistake,called dobbs back and they refused to correct there issue they created with my vehicle ,being a local buisness owner in the area as well i wouldnt advise anyone to use there services because they number 1 dont know customer service and 2 dont take responsability for there issues they create. im reporting them to the bbb and then i will be seeking damages with an attorney for all my inconivience. more

Yes, change your motto from fixed forever to screwed forever. I used this place numerous times in the past and got decent pricing/service so I referred my son to take his car there. Boy did they take my son for a ride. He took his car in, dropped it off and asked them to check why the "check engine" light was on. HIs wife asked them to change the oil. Total bill was over $135.00!!! Dobbs refused to honor a competitor's oil change coupon, Auto Tire, and charged him $108.00 for a diagnostic!! Come on, you can't tell me it cost over $100 to figure out why the check engine light was on??? Result was to change a charcoal filter for over $400.00????? I asked my son to talk to the store manager to try to get a price break but he was not very sympathetic. Well Dobbs, you can take this store and shove it where the sun doesn't shine. I'm AF, Scott AFB and I'll promise you, in a week's time everyone on base will know about this snow job. Who are you kidding??? more

Took Factory Part off of my truck and replaced it with a one time use item! 7/26/2010

During an oil change on my 2007 F250 diesel, Dobbs replaced my factory oil filter cap with a one time disposal cap! The oil filter and cap are one piece and are not recommenced for diesels.\r I found out about this when having my trucked serviced at another shop. Now I have to buy the 35.00 dollar oil filter cap to replace what they threw away. \r I was not asked if they could replace factory parts with one time use throw away parts! My truck has been leaking because of this and it may void my warranty as the filters they use are NOT recommended!\r \r I will be taking the bill to Dobbs and asking that they at least pay me back for having to replace factory parts that they removed and threw away! \r \r Not worth the time or money and possible damage done by using filters not made for diesel trucks.\r Shame on them for using CHEAP parts instead of what is recommended for the vehicle. BEWARE! more
