I just delt with Debow's this morning and who ever answers their phones lacks basic communication skills, then the dingbat I delt with in acquiring parts for my 5 year old washer assumed that if a particular Maytag appliance was no longer in production then parts for it would no longer be available. they all need customer service training and they all need to understand that parts can be found for products that have not been in production for years if you just open your mind and try... I guess they don't want to make money. so I called Whirlpool who now owns the Maytag name and they found the part that I needed in THEIR parts department, I also told them about Debow's lack of customer service...
