D D Bar B Que Catering

I am sure there are people looking for a party caterer in South Florida for this Summer's vacation planning. I can't tell you that there is only one you can call. I am telling you there is only one caterer you SHOULD call. DD BBQ caterer is the only guys you should look to for handling your party. We had a party for just 100 people and they treated us like we were their most important party of the month. When you are a chef, you have worries whether the people you hire - to do your own event - is as good as you would have made the food. I have no more worries about that - after the last party they did for us. Great ribs and chicken, my daughter and her new husband were impressed as well. They wanted great food with a Southern menu, and DD Caterers did a great job. Sometimes you don't know how good you have it until it is gone??? That is what happened to my company. We had DD Bar BQ do our first party and then on advise from a coworker, we tried another cheaper-O company. It was a mistake from the minute of dialing their number. DD catering supplied everything, set up and broke down without incident. The BBQ cooking, over some of the biggest grills I have seen, was great. The ribs were exactly what the day called for, tender, juicy and falling off the bone. The kids were really happy with the bounce house and the teenagers even liked the music the DJ spun. A great day all around. Never should have left - and glad we are back with DD again! more

Went to a friends party they used this catering company. The food was not so good cold chicken in the buffet warmer, the ribs were tough. the buffet table looked like a PTA set up. Cons: cold chicken tough ribs more
