Serious food- 5 star restaurant. My husband and I have frequented Cynthia's since it's opening almost two years ago and I cannot say enough about our meals there. Brian (the chef) consistently delivers exceptional meals and his wife Cynthia makes the best desserts - the souffle is to die for. Cuisine is really American/West Coast/California. The tuna is wonderful, I love the free range chicken with foie gras in the sauce, the Diver scallops are incredible. You cannot go wrong here. I would stack it against any restaurant in the Balt/DC area! Great cooking Brian! Thanks for bringing your talent to our neck of the woods- your place is truly a gem.
