joe is turning that old cycle city around. i race a zx14 and i purchase all my parts from joe's. prices are very reasonable, the guys in parts are great. service department is second to none. wouldnt go anywhere else. keep up the good work guys!!!!! more

took my bike to cycle city, told him what I wanted, when I wanted it done and it was finished ahead of time, the cost was reasonable and it seems they took a genuine interest in what they were doing. he performed some extra work on the bike and didn't even charge me....won't hesitate to take it back there. more

I have been dealing with Joe, the owner of Joe's Cycle for over 20 years. I've known Joe before he owned Joe's Cycle. I drive older Jap bikes (5) and in all my years of having Joe work on my bikes, I've only had excellent and competent service. He is thorough, fare and timely. ( I know that if I take my in for a repair in the middle of the summer I'm not going to get it the next day. ) I have and highly recommend Joe's Cycle. more

im cycle city's compitition,so you would think i would bury them here,but no.all the bad reviews ive seen here have a common thread..big complaints about small things. *complaint - $110 charged instead of $45- reply - you are lucky some one will spend any time on something for $100,,when its costs $100's a day to have them there to help you *complaint - $300 for jetting carbs and its still crappy *reply - lets not forget that any performance upgrade, an aftermarket exhaust,a jetkit,K&N filters, spark advancer..ANYTHING you put on your bike that it didnt come with is a gamble..it says so right on the package..OFF ROAD / RACING so lets remember whats involved in jetting carbs. - the customers bike already has an aftermarket pipe and they want it jetted.. why wasnt it done right when the pipe was installed???because its HARD,and it takes A LONG TIME. did some dumbass drill out the airbox?? sure he did..is the airfilter a real K&N that can be tuned by greater or less filter oil,,or is it a garbage ,,cheap copy that is only doing bad for your airflow..and not possible to tune..so you go by what the jet kit company suggests,they give you 4 or more jet possibilites for each jet PILOT_MID_MAIN. So you put in a set,WHICH SET??? they dont say.the jet company says.""driveability may be compromised"" its right there on the website & on the box. Translation= if you use this jet kit,you bike might not run right in all situations,thats the price you pay for speed. Over the past year Cycle City has improved. They are much friendlier now and when they give me an estimate, they honor it. The pricing is average, but they do send you coupons, which make them the cheapest around. Pros: Great customer service more

This place is horrible!!! I bought my bike there to get a rejet, and they took over three weeks to do... not only that, the bike didnt even run correctly! it ran worst than when it came in! when i brought it back to them, they took it back and said we will take care of it... yeah they took care of it alright! it was in the same exact parking spot when i left it a week ago! they NEVER TOUCHED IT! they said ""yeah it was out of adjustment"". when i rode my bike, it still felt the same! it bogs down, lacks power, and shuts off at any stop! i brought it back them a third time and demanded to see a manager! i talked to STEW and he had an attitude with me from the start ! he is very rude and acts like he is the only bike place town! i hate this place! they charged me nearly $300.00 bucks for making my bike worse!!! i filed a report with B B B, and they are going to REGRET what they did to me!!! Pros: NONE AT ALL!!!!!!! Cons: Horrible customer service! All they care about is the money!!!!! more

would not go to Cycle City. Took my bike in to get fixed and was told it would cost $45.00 and when I went to pick it up was told the bill was $110.00. This is my first time ever writing on a board. This place really got to me. I will never go back. They did not need to use any parts. Pros: I can't of any Cons: They will rip you off more

The two brother's who own Cycle City should get out of the business! I've heard them both yelling at customers!! They accept bikes for service but give unrealistic dates and costs for completion. They act like they're the only business in town. When you call to get the status of your bike (in for service) they say ""we've got alot of bikes in here, we'll get to it when we can"" Three wks after they said my bike would be done, I was still told this! Employees stand around talking to eachother when customers are in front of them waiting for assistance. The Sales Dept has a Wish List for new and used bikes. I've put my name on it 2 yrs in a row, looking for a ""cruiser"" style bike and have yet to receive a call! They're not RARE!! They've lost my business for my bike(s) needs. Pros: Short-tempered owners, Slow service/repairs, No Customer service Cons: Ignore customer needs, Excuses not service, Major ATTITUDES!! more
