Cycle Works Sanitation

Cycle Works became my HOA's preferred trash service and they have done a great job! No issues, on-time service, and reliable billing. So much better than the "Big Boy" WM. more

I switched to Cylcle Works with one of the sales reps that came around my neighborhood last year. I have loved every bit of it. In fact, they came to my door again this year to see how my service was. I really love the recycling program because they actually recycle! They take almost everything. I love their service. I have no plan on changing back to the overcharging, big corporation bullies, Waste Management. They raised my bill every year until I was paying in the high eighties. If you are paying anything over high forties, give the local guys a chance. I did, and do not regret it. more

They have excellent customer service, beat competitor's prices, and have never missed a pickup day. more

Cycle Works staff is amazing!! They are always one step ahead of the game. We recently had a terrible snow storm and Cycle Works was amazing at giving us updates as to when our pick up was going to occur!! I have a terrible tacky neighbor that always seems to put out an entire closet full of stuff and never has it been left behind. I'm sure my neighbor appreciates it but not as much as me!! I hate having to look at that mess. The office staff is always so friendly to speak with. They truley act as if you are the one and only customer!! Thanks For All You Do Cycle Works!!! Yall are the BEST!! more

I have been with Cycle Works for almost 2 years now and they have gone out of there way to make things go as smoothly as posible for my entire neighborhood and myself as well. They are a professional outfit and they take the time to make things right! Cycle Works customer service is awesome also, if ever there was a problem it was handled correctly and with a timely manner. I will highly recommend them to new neighbors, friends and family. more

Cycle Works is a great company!! The customer service is excellent and the guys on the trucks are wonderful also. Anytime I need something all I have to do is call, not to mention I NEVER have trouble getting through on the phones. If my pickup gets missed they send someone out right away. They are prompt and I am glad I made the switch. They have a great recycling program, and they actually take it to a place to recycle it. And its free too. They are affordable and local and thats a company we should ALL support. So think about that when you are giving your money away to a corporate top dog or a company thats not even located in this state(ahem.american) The customers are the ones who really make a company shine. As long as I pay my bill and put my trash out on time. I never have a problem. Friendly faces and top of the line customer servicewho could complain about that? more
