cycle city sucks 5/24/2010

I ordered parts, they were backordered. I finally got a call they were in, drove 48 miles to pick up and was told they couldn't find them. The customer service rep told me that they would find them to come back in an hour. I went back after work, NO luck. . . still couldn't find my parts. The mechanic in the service department told me that he had just installed the part on a customer's bike. I reordered- again was backordered. Waited 8 weeks, still NO parts- 3 trips to Newnan. . . no parts, cycle city sucks! more

Let's Ride 8/18/2005

As a motorcycle rider and enthusiast, I really do enjoy having Cycle City to take care of all my cycle needs. I recently purchased a mini-bike for my son and was very impressed with the level of service that I recieved. They took the time to set up a rider training session for my son. Reasonable prices, great service! more

Untruthful Finance Dept. 7/2/2005

I recently purchase a brand new Suzuki GSX-R 750 and was told the promotion was $99 a month for 5 years when I received the statement it was for $129! Tried to work this out through the finance dept. with little to no customer service. I was reluctant to keep the bike due to the financing dept. but however the bike sold itself. They are only great until you purchase. more
