Walk in here and the owner (gulio or julio - not quite sure!) treats you like you are his best customer for the last twenty years. They have all kinds of meat and will always prepare (filet, seasoned, etc...) anything and everything I ask for. They also have tons of exotic sausages and regular sweet and hot too. The owner has also been featured in the New York Times as a Meat Artist (cool title). Make sure you ask for Gulio (julio) when you go.
Pros: great service, nice lady at register
