This vendor was very inflexible and uncooperative. I am not sure if he was confused or doesn't know what he is doing but, I have had ice sculptors done before by another agency and never had this much of an issue. He was hesitant to offer suggestions which I would think as the professional ice carver with all the experience he could say I can't do this but I can do that and so on. He is also very quick to dismiss you if your ideas and his don't sync. I found him to be very unhelpful and resistant to any ideas I had either you can or you can't a straight answer would have sufficed. Needless to say the other vendor in town is booked and I am unable to get my sculptor after two days of emails and a phone conversation with this vendor. Stay clear if you are looking for your dream sculpture for your dream wedding as this vendor will only give you excuses....Sorry hope you find someone.
