I went back in November & Jennifer cut my hair. She was very talkative & listened to what I had to say & cut my hair. It was good. Then about 3 months later (January) I went back to her being she did a good job the 1st time. Was I wrong!!! I asked for 3" off with lots of layers to give me volume. Not at all!!! I got a choppy uneven 15 minute cut. She wasn't talkative, she insisted she knew my aunt ( which no fam members of mine live here) as I kept trying to show her the picture I brought she continued to interrupt me. Then brushed the pic off & started to chop away. As I can't see without my glasses, when she started blow drying my hair she used a huge brush & kept hitting me in the head. I asked her to be more gentle & within two minutes my entire hair was completed in 15 mins! Rushed & rude is exactly how my hair cut looked. I asked her to fix it & she insisted it looked fine & when it grows more it would be even. Don't ever go to her! Try anyone else.
