I was so glad that I visited the website of Custom Tile Works N.W.S. There website was very helpful. I was doubtful at first about providing my information over the internet. But the staff at Custom Tile Works N.W.S was so helpful and assured me that my information would be protected. Just a few hours later I had my estimate. They still wanted to come out and do a follow up. To be honest I thought here is where they get me. I was so shocked when he came out that he even reduced the original price of the estimate. He said that we had over measured. Thank you Custom Tile Works N.W.S for all your help. I can`t wait to do my next project. I will definitely re-visit your website when you have more new information added to your site. more

I want to thank you for all the time you spent with me in your shop putting tile combinations together until we found something that worked exactly to my liking. Your emails, phone calls and faxes were always appreciated and kept me up to date on progress as well as delays on the manufacturer`s end. When you said you would call, you called. When you said something would be in on a certain date, it was. As you know I had incredible problems with another tile company, and so your excellent customer service was greatly appreciated and I will be using Custom Tile Works N.W.S for my next home, and will be referring you to everyone I know.
