I had these guys install a new roof on my house I bought. The old roof had shingles cracked. (And a few missing for which I dinged the seller, and they patched). I searched around several places. They weren't the lowest quote. But the more I researched it you get what you pay for. {Cheapest isn't best. They came in middle on the costs I got}. But they had the best warranty, BBB rating, and took the time to show me samples and walk me & the wife through it. They do carry standard the ""square"" shingles, but also as they explained 'architecutal' shingles which really look great ans is their standard package.. No more old roof & shingles really look elegant. Would recomment. more

i felt the need to write this review after doing a google search for custom quality.i found this unheard of review. by hiitsdar... i am a owner of 24 propertys throughout liverpool and cicero areas and custom quality has done the roofing and siding on all 24 propertys and was done without a flaw ( except for scheduling back in 2001) but rain was to blame then anyway mike has always been there for us before and after the sale ... i have been dealing with jason since mike passed away in 2005 and he has been nothing but great to work with . professional, easy to work with , certified with an excellent bbb track record so i guess im wondering if you have the correct company ? i have done construction for 25 years and custom quality was on target with everything from start to finish , and will be using them in 2011 on another 25 propertys in baldwinsville more

Avoid this company at all costs. I bought a house that had a two year old roof installed by this company. My first winter I had significant leaks. When I finally reached the person in charge, Jason Slade, he had the nerve to tell me that I should consider myself lucky that I had leaking only in one area that the previous owner had them all over on what would have been a roof he installed a year prior. Although the roof was under warranty, this man had the nerve to charge me $1,200 to redo the portion where it leaked. He jerked me around all summer and did the work late in the fall. By February I had even worse leaking that the year prior and had to call another company to shovel the roof. The other roofer told me I should never had been charged, that the materials and workmanship were poor. Since then, I have had leaking in other areas of the house as well. Mr. Slade does not return calls. His warranty is worthless as is his work. Cons: Cheap Materials/Poor Workmanship/Unreliable/Does Not Honor Warranty more
