Custom Hardwood Floors has been doing floors for me for fifteen years. The type of work we do is very top of the market concerning restoration and new construction. Whether we're installing new floors or refurbishing 150-year-old floors, they do a super job. If there's a problem, I have no problem with them coming back if they pop up but it's not to do with their work. It's the nature of the work we do that there will be problems popping up. The service at Custom Hardwood Floors was phenomenal. They sanded and resurfaced all of the home we just purchased. The result was very rewarding. It changed the entire look of our home. Mike and David performed the service. Our general contractor, that we've known for a decade and is very versed in his profession, actually made a comment on the job they performed. He said it was the best he'd seen in his thirty years. I'd say the whole experience was about a 4.9. The 4.9 had nothing to do with the company, but rather that we were pressed for time between moving out of one home into another. But, they were very accommodating in helping keep us on schedule. I would definitely recommend them, and I would use them again. more

We were we very thrilled with the service and installation of our floors from Custom Hardwood Floors. They installed a very light colored wood, I think it might have been ash, I'm not exactly sure, my wife would know more about that. Anyway, it was just gorgeous! I didn't realize we had such nice furniture until the new flooring was put in. My wife and I had a moment where we laid in the middle of the floor and thought, "we should just keep this room empty." The whole process was very pleasant. Sandra helped us with the bid and measurements and came several times. When the installer came, I was very impressed. The installation was done in one day. He got there at 8:30 in the morning and was done by 2:30 in the afternoon. My wife was at class during the process, and when she got home, she was just stunned, because she didn't expect it to be done so quickly. I would recommend them to anybody. Whatever room a person has done by Custom Hardwood Floors, will be completely transformed. You will be amazed by what a floor installation will do to your home. more
