My 4 year old son just spilled cranberrry juice all over my white carpet 2 days before a big family reunion. That and some other minor stains convinced me to call the cleaners. I chatted with the nice employee on the phone and they had someone sent over the next day! The chemicals they used didn't smell and the carpet wasn't wet after the cleaning. The owner also offered to come touch the carpet up for a discounted price after the reunion was over if i needed it cleaned again. Pros: Very nice and professional more

mr curtis showed up on time and pretty much cleaned my carpets in my rooms in a nick of time. his total charge was reasonably considering the how dirty the carpet were. Pros: on time and displayed courteousness more

Professional Clean For Reasonable Price 3/5/2010

I had a great experience with Curt's carpet cleaning. He was very professional but at the same time very friendly. He gave great detail on what he was going to clean and why and the price. I appreciated that a lot because most of the time people just come in and give you a quote and it ends up being more for whatever reason. When he need to do something he didn't mention he called and got approval before assuming it will be okay. To top it off the price was great. I will definitely being calling Curt in 6-9 months for another cleaning. Pros: Great Customer Service more

Great clean and friendly service 3/3/2010

Curtis came on time and helped me lift some of my furniture out of the way to get a more thorough cleaning. I was going to have a get together that weekend and a friend of mine is severely allergic to my cat, amazingly the cleaners did such a good job we were able to enjoy her company! Two thumbs up! Pros: They're eco friendly and priced decently Cons: Does not cover Orange County yet. more
