Used State Farm for over 6 years and been happy with our agent. We recently had a claim and the rep handled it well. Glad to see State Farm on Judy's Book.

I have State Farm Had a fender bender. State Farm sent their claims adjuster out. Sara Phillips couldn't find the problem. So my insurance gets dinged.Very obvious the other insur...

I have State Farm Had a fender bender. State Farm sent their claims adjuster out. Sara Phillips couldn't find the problem. So my insurance gets dinged.Very obvious the other insured was at fault. I guess you can play both sides of the court. I must not have paid as well as the other driver who didn't have state farm more

Just a quick note to say Thank You to our State Farm Agent, Curtis K. Rich, for helping us through our time of crisis. Although with his family in New Mexico on Christmas Eve, Curtis took the time to call and make sure we were alright (while the house was on fire)! Curtis and his staff were more than helpful and courteous. I feel they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you all for your care and concern! I wanted to thank you so much Monica that I just had to write this letter to let you know how thankful I am. I know no one likes dealing with drama, especially drama from a divorce. So thank you for helping me find the coverage I need, but also keeping it affordable. Since we both know I really needed to save money at this point, I see you more than just as my insurance agent and I appreciate that..... thank you very much.
