The day that Anthem made me use their mail order , Curascript, is the day that I started having problems. I have gone days without my transplant medicine and now it's been a week. They always have an excuse as to why and now they claim that they are waiting for my doctors office to give them the information that they need. When I called the doctor;s office they didn't have anything pending. When I called Curascript back, they didn't even have the correct phone or fax. Also, Curascript has constantly sent me bills and at first wasn't even going to try to fill my prescription even after many calls to them because they didn't have both of my insurances in their system. I NEVER had problems when I was allowed to use my grocery store!
