Worked with Cunningham & Co to finance our first home and were pleased with their service! We had very minimal paperwork when we went to closing - compare to friends & relatives that had tons & tons (& tons) of papers to sign. : ) They were also very thorough & patient in explaining everything to us, being it was our first home buying/mortgage experience.
