These chairs do not stand upright, when a client goes to stand up the chair tips forward and the client falls. very very unsafe. we are not at all able to use these chairs. we have spoke with the company and they are trying to say you have to have a client get up a certain way with out putting any weight forward. these chairs are several inches off the ground. we have tried every way possible and there is no way to get out of these chairs with out them falling over. it says weight capability is 250-300 lbs and it can't even stay upright with a 20 lb child in it. it also says ""Solid square base for more stability"" and this has zero stability.\r

they said that their chairs do fall forward and i have to instruct my clients how they can and cant get out of the chairs to keep them upright, i have had over a dozen chairs in my salon and i have NEVER had this problem. i was infromeed the owner was not willing or able to take my phone call and that i would have to pay to mail the chairs back and then in a couple weeks they would get back to me on if they would give my money back,. then i am out 1200$ because i know they will not refund because i can tell they are shady. they sold us chairs that they KNEW fell forward.\r
