I have been going to this place for over four years now for my work boots. Reason for that the people were nice the prices were nice and great repairs.......Well that was then, the owners brother then had to quit because he went on disability, what a shame. He must have done all the work. Well the old dementia fart thats running the show now is in way over his head.....I took a pair of 165.00 dollar shoes there that we still in excellent shape to have a little clean up work done.....well guess what there magically gone now....the old dementia fart threw them away, thought they were ""trash""....well the sad part is I am not the only one he stated ""Well young man I must have threw them away thinking they were trash I decided I was going to clean up the back and I threw a bunch of boxes of shoes away""....beware if you go there to have you shoes or boots repaired you may never see them again...especially if his dementia kicks in again and he decides to clean up, he may just look at your recently repaired shoes and say oh thats trash....and what did he do about it NOTHING what did he say NOTHING did he offer to do any thing, an apology, a replacement, a discont....NOOOOOOOO!!!!!! nothing maybe he forgot....the same way he forgot to order another pair of boots I ordered..you know i knew he was busy so I gave him a month...I showed up, ""oh I forgot to order them its just been so busy since my brother had to quit and go on disability"" well he went ahead and ordered them right then well at least that's what he said and I asked him if I could have them dyed black ""yea no problem we can do that I will have them ready in a week I will call you"".......Well i waited.....and waited......and waited....yep and I was even stupid enough to wait some more.....so i stopped in went to pick them up ""Oh yea I have them hang on one second let me grab them.....Ummmm.....I didnt have time to dye them can you wear them a month and bring them back and I will dye them then"" Some excuse about the oils he could not dye brown boots black....huh...ok well stupid me says ok thats fine let me try them on real quick....I will give you one guess what happened next.....yep another dementia attack, WRONG SIZE, ""Oh well I thought that's the size you got last time, let me check my records"" yea his records are kept on a college rule notebook all scribble that he cant read himself ""well this is the size that I had wrote down, let me measure........Oh your right wrong size, not sure why I wrote that down"" well I got the brother on disability excuse agian....lol......""Well let me order you the right size, they will be in on Wednesday"".....you guessed it I waited.....and waited......and waited......finally three weeks go by and I called......Just another excuse why it wasnt done... So I brought up all the problems I have had since his brother(obviously the one that was running the Store and keeping it afloat...What a Shame) went on disability.....HE WAS SO RUDE (the stamina pill most have not worked) HE HUNG UP.....I called back his response ""DON'T CALL BACK""....Well what about the shoes that you threw away what are you going to do about that ""NOTHING""....CLICK.....I'm Done a long term customer for four years I'm out two pairs of boots that let me mind you were already paid for, yep thats right paid for.......and thats how he treats his customer......what a poor poor example of customer service....I just hope he doesnt treat you like he treated me so If you learn anything from this BEWARE you may be coming out of the store only wearing your socks........
