Crossroads Cd and Tapes are the best. I have been shopping with them for a long time and have never been disappointed. If you cannot find what you are looking for, just ask one of the friendly sales staff. The staff is so knowledgeable that if you can remember a few words of the song you are looking for, they can most likely tell you who sang it and what album you will find it on. I don't know of any other store that can match them. more

Unique Selection 4/10/2006

Crossroads CDs & Tapes is a great store...the only music store in Staunton that I know of (outside of Walmart's music selection!). I like they they have a large selection of local artists CDs (from Staunton, Harrisonburg, Charlottesville, etc.). The prices are pretty good overall. They can order just about any CD you're looking for as well. Around the holidays they typically offer a 10% off gift cards promotion...I think this is a great deal for little gifts, stocking stuffers, or Secret Santa ideas! more

Great Selection & Great Prices 7/20/2005

This local shop has a better selection than most national chains of CDs and DVDs and you don't have to pay a premium for them. I have found everything that I have gone looking for here and then some. The employees are nice and helpful and don't make you feel like a dork if you ask for something unhip. more
