My car's battery was dead and I had no way to get to the Firestone store. DJ immediately came to me, started my car so I could bring it in. New battery at no charge - old one under warranty! Great , friendly, dependable service! more

Ready when promised 8/12/2013

Our VW died just as we pulled into the shop driveway. It was afternoon, so was told it would be ready in less than 24-hours. It was fixed (new alternator and battery) as promised. I just hate the price of VW replacement part! more
