Quick and friendly service! 12/12/2013

so when the cold weather came my tire alarm came in and I went over for air in my tires, I am old and handicapped and so appreciate the help with this. the helpful guy told me my front tires looked thin and I might need to replace them. over the next week we came to realize one front tire was losing air, went back and replaced the front tires (worse than we realized), took less than an hour and they also showed me the bad tire, the visual helps! more

Tire Service 12/11/2013

I went for a tire repair, the initial service was excellent but a couple of days later as the temperature was falling my tire pressure light came on and I had to return. They had not purged all the air out of the repaired tire, My tires have been filled with nitrogen when the originally sold me the tires. The worked fast to correct this problem and all is well. more

Offered to bring me to work right down street from Firestone 12/7/2013

I have 2 small kids & full time job, so bringing car while working is ideal. When the gentleman offered to bring me as I inquired on them providing the maintenance on my car, I was sold. The entire process was pleasant and plan to allow them to provide service to my car in future more
