I started CrossFit last summer because I had heard it was a great way to get strong and fit and to lose weight. The trainers at CrossFit Body & Fuel work with you to help you acheive your goals, whatever they may be. The small class size allows the trainers to work with you to alter the workouts to match your ability level and the class atmosphere is challenging, fun & supportive. Every workout is different and the workouts are not posted ahead of time so you can't slack off and skip the workouts that you don't like. The facility is clean and just the right size for the small classes with ample parking. I also like that they give you a free week so you can try it out before committing any money.
