Worst

I had such a bad experience with them. will not shop there again. after my experience, I went and found many bad reviews as well. For sure, research before you buy. My opinion.

Bad experience 1/28/2010

empty food bowls. Overcrowded enclosures and fish tanks. Severe infestation of parasites: Fleas, ticks, reptile mites. Poor customer service. Overall sick animals. I purchased a green iguana that died 4 days after I bought him. I had to buy chemicals to clean my mite infested apartment. Not to mention treat all 3 of my lizards for mites. First and last time shopper. more

Customer Service 11/15/2005

I love critters, they are a family owned business I believe and they have always been great. I have bought a dog from them which had a small medical problem but they stuck by their word and and they provided the medical needs for the dog. They have a great fish program and have great trade in prices. I really do not see alot of dead fish in the tanks with the other fish and the prices can be good to high depending on what you are looking for. I would love to see them open up a bigger store. I would check them out if you have never been before. more
