This company lied to me...didnt do the work as quoted to me yet did a short cut...without informing me of the short cut..till later after I inquired about how/why it was completed so quickly... due to I was told it will take 7 to 8 hours... yet completed in 2. Never told me nothing...air still not fixed out of town.. Hotttt...I was told to bring it back ...Now Im informed it will be fixed correctly due to the short cut didnt work...I was called to come and pick up my vehicle ..work was completed...guess what I had to sit there about 1hr and 1/2 due to the owner took my key with him...Red Flag!!!! Air went out again...now,Im pissed... come to find out he never pulled the dash out to correct the problem ..so what did he do..... he just let my truck sit up there for 6 hrs as if he fixed it....I feel that as a company owner any changes that should take place after your consultation should be relayed to the customer ..to cover all angles..none of the above was done...just had me thinking he had corrected the situation...until it went out again..and he refunded the labor charges back....bet heck it was the overpriced parts that got me...which i never knew I was been overcharged until today and the owner told me that he could do that...Really (taken advantage of)...this shop charged me double the amount of the part...(taken advantage)as well as while at the dealer Im told that no one never went into the dash and that nothing looked disturbed...WHATTTT...my time wasted, my gas going back n forth...had me under the impression you've done all that needs to be done and now you're confused when you knew all along what the real problem was...and then overcharged me on the parts..so even though he refunded the labor..what about the parts...he made money off of that....
