This is a real beauty of a carousel. It is a restored Looff carousel from the 19th century, set in a building overlooking a grassy park and the Seekonk river. I believe this carousel used to be part of an amusement park, but no other vestiges of the park remain today. The carousel is loud and bright -- it still feels like an amusement park there! The carousel is open from Easter through Columbus Day. I think that tickets are 75 cents for rides, but some days are discounted. The carousel can also be rented for birthday parties and other functions.
