**SUPER PLEASED!!!**\r **ARRIVED ON TIME!!!**\r **AWESOME JOB!!!**\r **POLITE & COURTEOUS!!!**\r --------------------------------------------------------------\r I've just finished my residency here in New Orleans and am moving back to New York. I had a ""move-out"" cleaning today and I am **SUPER PLEASED!!!** Due to my job, I had to reschedule THREE different times! The office was very understanding and patient with me. I am sure to receive 100% of my deposit back. **WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!** I'll miss New Orleans. more

Poor cleaning job + Late employees + Rude office manager = VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER! I am so DISAPPOINTED with Crescent City Cleaning, and I don't know why I let the AWFUL SERVICE continue as long as I did. My house was NEVER FULLY CLEANED (the maid would show up LATE and then cut corners, especially when it came to the mopping the floors and cleaning the bathroom) and when I called the office manager to complain the first time, she attributed the poor service to hiring someone thru. a temp agency. When the miserable service continued, I called the office again and was treated so rudely! I couldn't believe it! The woman on the other line sounded like an angry drunk - she was hostile and used foul language! I CANCELED THE SERVICE because I don't want people like that in my home and around my children! more
