Creole Lanes

I have had parties at the bowling alley several years in a row now for my birthday, yes I am 18, but I don't care. I don't go into bars, yet we want to get together with my friends. The bowling alley is a cheap place to spend time with my friends. For a child's birthday party, they offer cosmic bowling (it's offered other times as well). At Creole Lanes each party is scheduled for 2 hours on the weekend, it can be at 1-3 on saturday or 3-5 on sunday. Creole Lanes offers 44 lanes, so you can never have too many people attending the party and the lanes have automatic bumpers for those new to bowling, or like me with no bowling talents. They open at 10 AM daily and are located on Tunnel Blvd right across from the mirrored Whitney Bank building. more

If you want to go bowling, go to Creole Lanes. It is great for a night out with friends and family, even if you can’t bowl at all. I like that they spray their shoes after they’ve been worn, so I didn’t feel too bad about wearing them. The rentals are very inexpensive, and if you don’t want to bowl, the arcade is full of great games to play. Also, the snack bar has some fairly decent food at a great price. more
