Short summary: Don't go here.\r \r Longer story: they give misleading information, try to upsell you on stuff you can do for yourself more efficiently, and generally take an already difficult time for you and your family and make it even worse.\r \r The empty, algae-filled fish tank that greeted us was just a bonus bit of ugliness on top of dealing with the incompetent staff.\r more
