Creek Crossing Dental Associates

I went in a few weeks ago for a consult. I was told that another dentist would be performing my root canal and that I would get a call the following day for my appt. A few days passed and I called only to be asked if I still wanted the procedure. Then was told the dentist had not responded. I was told again I would get a call back the next day. The weekend passes and I called the following week. I was told the same thing. Finally the FOURTH call I'm told the dentist can see me in two days in the middle of the day. I work and need to request off ahead of time so I had to say no. I was told I would get a call back with more appts. I decided to go to another dentist who seemed to care about the pain I was in and immediately got me in. I requested my X-rays and was told the new dentist had to call. They did, but my X-rays were never sent over! This is the most unprofessional dental office I have been to! Do not recommend it at all. May 2013 more

I'm not sure how old the other reviews here are but they couldn't have seen Dr. Soto. I didn't read the reviews beforehand and to be honest I only went there because they were open on Friday. I broke a tooth and needed an extraction. I don't have insurance so cost was a concern and the dentist I was going to when I was employed was good but very expensive. I've also been to some other dentists in Mesquite that I will not return to for any reason. (rhymes with Daughter). I have nightmare stories. 2 years I suffered with him. Luckily the expensive dentist fixed all his shoddy work. But anyway, I was apprehensive to say the least. I had a very difficult extraction and Dr. Soto was the best. Very patient and thorough. The first dentist I have been to that used just the right amount of numbing stuff where I felt no pain during the procedure but didn't have half my face dead for hours afterwards. Anyway, not sure if staff has changed there or what but I will definitely be going back. more

No class here at all! Treat you like dirt if you don't have insurance.. Made me pay IN ADVANCE before they did any procedure at all, and then wouldn't discount their price. They are all about the money! more

They're really a "zero". I could write a book about how dreadful and unprofessional this place has been. My family and I have experienced ongoing problems for 2+ yrs (kept thinking it would get better, only got worst). The ONLY reason we stayed that long was because it was convenient. NO MORE! They don't communicate w/each other so appointments and billing are always screwed up; I had to file a claim (fraud) with the TX State Brd of Dental Examiners against them, their turnover is probably the highest in the nation...YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO THERE. The only other comment they got was that it was a great place because there was a TV and remote, really??? more

Creek Crossing Dental Associates is conveniently located in the Creek Crossing Area of Mesquite. This is a nicely decorated dental office, and one of my favorite things about this place is that you get to watch TV and have control of the remote while you are in the dental chair.
