i called for help with my checking acct., my questions were answered with a reply of alot of uh huhs, i explained that i had received a letter stating that i needed to correct my account number format by no later than 11/26/11, on my electronic payments, in oct. and early nov., c.uu.o.a. returned 2 payments b/4 11/26/11, they didn't honor that agreement causing late payments, bad credit history; i know it's my problem, i felt no concern, apology, a solution, from their customer service people, next time i wil call einstein, the telephone banking computer, i would at least have a computer to talk to, who would probably give me better customer service. this customer is not a satisfied one.
