what an great company,,, going to be fun turning this over to my legal department.\r Out of all the people I have ever dealt with,,, this group takes the cake!\r A man named Odell calls my office and hangs up on me after he asks me for all my personal credentials.\r \r Story goes like this:\r Daughter gets into a car accident with her grandfather in New Jersey. His insurance comapny will not pay the ambulance bill,,,, so they send us invoices,,,,,, which our insurance comapny has been discussing with grandpop's insurance comapny.\r In the meantime, the bill is sent to a collection company here in Dallas(Credit Management).\r They call my wife and discuss with her,,, then they finally get in touch with me.\r Then Mr Odell hangs up on me after threatening to collect(taped).\r I call back and ask for a supervisor,,,, and the supervisor has no time to hear about the issues at hand,,, just wants to collect the debt,,,, my guess is they get paid a percentage of the collections!!!\r \r Anyway, this is the most un-professional group I have ever dealt with and I intend to take this to the next step.\r Just thought the public should hear a little about the company her off of 635 in Dallas.\r \r Pros: they are lucky to have a job Cons: they are the most impolite people in Dallas more

This company is abusive they made comments to my pregnant wife after she had explained our families financial crisis and that we were on Medicaid and food stamps and that she was pregnant and had 3 children 2 of which were under 5,the comments were ""Oh you think that's bad you just wait and see what we do to you!"" My wife did not refuse to pay just to keep paying the $30.00 a month which we had been paying after we used all our savings for the earlier payments of my surgery. We only have $1,634.00 to go but we do not have that money on hand she explained all of this.His response to her was ""Oh your gonna pay!"" ""We know where you live!"" She hung up in shock that someone could be so cruel and plain evil.""He sounded like a nice guy at first and got more information out of me then he changed after I questioned him on the giving him my checking account information..."".My wife then tried to contact his supervisor but that man was not intrested in apologizing but wanted the checking account number as well and said there was a court date on fri.....She again told them $30.00 dollars a month he refused and she hung up.Please I urge you not to do buisness with these people they are Bullies and mean spirited.If you have been victimized and fear for your well being Report them to the Fair Trades Commission and the Texas Attorney Generals office. Do not hesitate to get an attorney they do have help online where they will make them pay for the abuse and all court costs.This will not take away your debt which I believe we should pay, but it will give you back a little self cofidence that these people won't hurt you.
