I cannot explain how frustrated I am with their communication and installation process. Every section of countertop that they installed is not correct. I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. (1/3/2014)\r more

I used CTI to replace the countertops in my kitchen last week. From the very beginning everyone I spoke to at CTI was very friendly and willing to take the time to explain anything I had questions on. When they came to measure my existing countertops I didn't have my new sink or some of the trim pieces that I was adding to the island, but they were happy to work through my ideas and give suggestions. After the official measure was done we changed our mind on the size of the island and were allowed to make a change to the design without any trouble. CTI scheduled an appointment for us to view and chose the granite slabs that we liked ahead of the fabrication and installation to ensure we got what we were hoping for. The installers were very conscientious about keeping the house clean and were very friendly even as I hovered over their shoulder to watch the install - which is beautiful!\r \r I couldn't be more pleased with the new kitchen and with the service and support from CTI - I'd recommend them to anyone. more

What a nightmare. Run, don't walk away from anything Home Depot sells that CTI Denver installs. The installers do not speak English. They cracked my countertop in half and tried to cover it up with epoxy, I waited 8 weeks while they ""repaired"" my granite. But, they brought out the same identical piece in the same identical condition. After nine months of hell, Home Depot agreed to refund my money. At no time did anyone ever come to see the job. Bad workmanship, dishonest installers, faulty equipment ( you should see how the chipped the seam, broke the front edge of two pieces of granite, glued them back together and hoped I would not notice. ) Home Depot owns CTI. Buyer Beware. more

We recently had new countertops installed throughout our home. We found the CTI representatives to be courteous and professional. They explained in advance what we could expect and answered all of our questions. We are not only happy with the countertops but the level of customer service we received. more

DON'T use these folks!!! It took them *5* (yes, FIVE) times to get the countertops fabricated and installed correctly. Their answer at the end of the project? ""Oh, I'm so sorry you feel badly"" Their willingness to offer any refund or compensation for their poor workmanship? ZERO. more

i started working with a sub contractor for CTI as an apprentice.i worked for 1 day showing basic skills in hardwoods, they asked for my legal status in the states(citizen),the next day i waited for the contractor to pick me up as planned but he never came.i called him and he said was unable to train me but he did not give me a reason.i noticed all of the group said they were not authorized to legally work in the u.s. I also had to wait 5 days to get paid for the day i worked.all i know is the contractor lives in the aurora area. more

Let anyone out there know , If your state is run by the Regestrar contractors office. Its law that any sub-contractor that they hire has to follow the laws that CTI has to follow. CTI does not have employee's that do the actuall work. They sub-contract it out . The people that work for these same sub-contractors has to be a employee's of the contractor. Most of these sub-contractors do not have employee's . Very important reason. CTI dont pay enough to conduct a business the way that the Regestrar laws want you to run your business. So its easyer for sub-contractors to pay that person with a W9 and they will get a 1099 at the end of the year. They let them pay there own taxes. They dont have Workmans Compensation Insurance on them and they are in your house without insurance. They are not paying there unemployment Insurance . more

hardwood, granite 8/13/2009

Had hardwood floors done by them. They have had to refinish them twice and they are still not right. They have offered to patch them up. We are done with them. Do not use this company or any other parts of it. They also installed granite counters with two different color pieces. They came and tore out these and installed two of the same color. Cons: poor job more

Very Poor workmanship 10/17/2005

We purchased a new home and there was some crowning of the hardwood. Creative Touch did not test for moisture and just refinished the floor. A very poor job was done, pooling of finish, no filling of nail holes, stain all over our trim and floor not stained in other areas. 3 month passed and the floor was crowning again, Creative Touch came in again and redid the floors, pulling out the floorbords with pretty much the same finished results. I would never ask them to do a floor again. Cons: Poor customer service, Poor follow up, Rookie workmanship more
