These people “Crawford Sevices” are ripping people off. They say the cool club is a maintenance programa when it’s nothing but a discount in the future. Great! Sell me a discount...

Did an exceptional job for us. He showed up on time. He introduced himself and gave me a written introduction from Crawford including contact numbers. He covered all the floor pathways with a drop cloth. He made sure the unit was working and left the work areas cleaner than what they were. I highly recommend Manuel and Crawford Services. more

AMAZING COMPANY 10/30/2018

I just had 3 units replaced at my home and went through Costco, and was a first timer at that so..... Let me just say thus far, this was hands down the BEST Experience I have ever received from a company since I have moved here to TX from CA. I have had a lot of problems with my new home since day one, the existing AC was at end of life, and had multiple visits from other companies, none of which I trusted. Crawford did and AMAZING JOB from start to finish. From the First visit to the last day of installation, and even the team at thier office, are all great to talk to and deal with. They are truly a great company and I would recommend them to anyone in need of Service, or a new system. Thanks you guys for making a very painful situation as smooth and painless as possible. It is really appreciated. more

Miseal was so thorough and professional. He quickly assessed the best location for the new air duct and his team had it installed in just a few hours with everything cleaned and boxes removed. We are very pleased. more

We just had a new hvac system installed into our home and Polo Cortez from Crawford Services did the installation. He was professional, courteous and meticulous in his work . I would highly recommend Crawford Services and Polo Cortez. Great Job!!!! more

AC Tune Up Service 8/31/2018

Joe G. was assigned to do my AC tune up and I was impressed from the moment he introduced himself. He was polite and answered my questions with yes ma'am and no ma'am, which brought a smile to my face as you don't hear that courtesy too often. He was knowledgeable and pointed out some concerns that he had with my system and explained in detail my options to remedy. I now know what I need to do and will move forward accordingly. Marcelino is an outstanding service technician. He made the whole process of removing the old equipments from the attic and installing the entire HVAC system so easy and painless for us. From the beginning to the end, he communicated thoroughly, kept the work area clean and impeccable. Highly recommended. more
