my family and I ( a large group of about 15) visited crabby jacks on 10/10/09. we understood that we didnt call in reservations but we were told next time to call ahead.\r
they stuck us outback on tables that were just thrown together. there was a live band that night and we were almost sitting on the dance floor. the band continued to set up and after our waitress got our drinks she disappeared. we all ordered and waited almost 2 hours to eat. finally after 8 my family got up and asked for our food to be boxed to go. they took it outback but never brought it until they brought the checks out. needless to say we didnt pay and didnt get our food either. we had to leave cause we had a 5 month old sitting on the stage of a loud live band...we probably wont go back again!!
