Trustworthy and reliable 12/15/2016

I've found CPR to be honest, trustworthy, and reliable. I trust them to tell me what's actually wrong with my vehicle without padding the estimate with unnecessary repairs and replacements. I went to another shop before this one and received a $1,000 bill full of random, nonsensical repairs and part replacements that had nothing to do with my complaint and reason for bringing the vehicle to their shop in the first place. I tried CPR on a coworker's recommendation and was very pleased and impressed! I've found my mechanic and will always use CPR for any future automotive needs. more

Outstanding, as usual 10/16/2016

Discovered CPR about 6 months ago. Since then, they've done 4 jobs on 2 different vehicles for me. In all cases, service, price and communication was terrific. Bill is honest and genuinely cares about his customers. You won't find a better shop than this in Anchorage--I've looked for 22 years and am so happy to have found CPR! more

Great service and quick too 7/30/2016

Helpful and nice to work with. I had a broken tail-light. They quickly located a used one at half the cost of a new one and fixed it for less than the original estimate. more

Honest Awesome Service!! 6/2/2016

As long as I am a resident of Anchorage Alaska I will continue to bring my vehicles to CPR!!! Not only do they give my vehicles great care, their customer service is phenomenal!! They will not repair anything without your approval!! I am a repeat customer and recommend all my friends, co-workers, etc. to CPR!! Fast, Friendly, Reliable, and HONEST!!! Which is the biggest thing for me, I have been screwed in the past by other shops so I don't trust shops, But CPR came recommended to me and I couldn't be happier!! CPR I trust!! Coming from me that says A LOT!!!! more
