Cozy Lanes

I live in the area, so finally decided to give it a try and boy do I regret it, I much rather take a 20 minutes drive to Whitestone lane, I took my friend and 4 kids to it. My friend got broken shoes. We paid for 2 games and but every other ball the lane kept breaking down, the pins kept falling on their own, so finally they switch us to another lane and guess what, that one was even worst. next thing you know the lane was off and a guys was trying to fix it, they didn't offer to switch us to another lane, or our money back. Spoke to the manager, the owner and the ghetto attended and all of them seemed as they didn't give an F about it. Never mind the fact that all the time I thought a fight was going to break out any minute! Ghetto place, not a place to bring kids at all. The one star I'm rating is for the bathroom. more

After reading a few bad reviews, I took it upon myself to visit & bowl at Cozy a few weeks ago. What I saw was the following, adults & children having fun &enjoying the food! However, the service was slow! Ball returns were often requested, and the person responesable for fixing it, didnt seem to care that people were waiting on him. The staff behid the desk & on the mic, are TO DAM LOUD! The food is great! Who ever is running it, your business inhances the bowling alley. As for the bar/lounge area, great! Nice venue for a party. To many pool tables, but none the less, another added inhancement to the alley. With that said, a new league and birthday Party will be held at COZY! To the owner,s..some of ur staff can use a refresher course on people skills, & hospitality, other than that, your business is 3stars! more

Cozy Bowl is very conveniently located, and it's the best place to throw a party. I'd recommend it for kids ages 9-18. In fact, I've already booked! Hear me out: kids get a chance to pick what they eat, choosing from a variety of foods such as pizza, hot dog, chicken strips, fries- and my favorite one: refills!!! Then there's the set up. There's a separate spot for parties upstairs, with some really cool lighting and decorations. I'd recommend you wear white as much as you can- because get this: you'll glow! That's right. If you wear white, you'll glow like a star. It's one of my favorite things about the place. They even give the birthday boy or girl a bowling pin of their very own to keep as a memory, passing it down the table for everyone to sign. Plus, goody bags are also given out, with a free bowling ticket inside for everyone. This place is awesome. I've taken my child here for the ultimate birthday bash, and I was NOT disappointed. Hence this year, I'm doing it again, and everyone from her to her friends couldn't get any more excited. So, forget the movies! This place beats all any day!!! Pros: Everything you can think of. more
