Cowboy Cleaners

I took my bridesmaid dress to cowboy cleaners for alterations and they ruined the dress! The first time they gave it to me it was all uneven. The font was ok but the sides were hanging on the ground and the back look hideous! I came back in so they can fix it and they said they would do everything to make it perfect. Just got my dress back and now it is too short!!! I am going to look ridiculous at the wedding. All they can say or so was sorry...sorry ain't cutting it! \r \r side not: They made me rate this place....My real rating is 0 stars! more

Requested wash and press of washable shirts and trousers on a Monday. Promised that I could pick up on Thursday. Not ready for pickup until following Monday.\r \r Items were delivered in a vacuum pack. When unpacked all items were unwearable (extemely wrinkled). These items should have been delivered on hangers. I heard some favorable comments about this merchant but my experience, vis-a-vis quality and timeliness of service, leads me to recommend that Cowboy Cleaners be avoided.\r \r Truman Marr Cons: Not delivered on day promised. The easiest stains to remove are completely ignored. White shirts are returned with yellow starch stains that were not on the shirts when turned in to be cleaned. Their technique is to appear to listen carefully to the customer and then offer to re-clean until the problem is resolved. The problem here is that once the stain is set it will not come out and the garmet is destroyed. I was a loyal customer for about 8 years, but in the last few months things have changed significantly there. I see new faces there each week, employee turnover is extreme! You can never develop a relationship with anyone as they are gone in the next week or two. I must give them that their presentation is fantastic! My stained shirts are pressed and put on hangers in a most appealing way! Pros: Executive presentation! Cons: Can't remove the slightest stain! Dirty press causes stains. more
