I Went to coventry over the summer and purchased a bot there. The owner was very reasonable about his prices and he answered every question i had abou the boat. I just dropped the boat off last week for winterization and shrink wrapping and i am very happy with their work. more

Should have read the reviews first. Took my 4-wheeler there. After several phone conversation and the manager saying "" we've got some time on it , but we really need to do more and the cost will be about $330..."" I said ok. Went to pick up, 4-wheeler, would not run, had to push on trailer. .\r "" We don't know what the problem is, but your bill is $480.00 "". Can you imagine my feeling, as I pushed it on the trailer,$480.00, and nothing accomplished . No excusses, just "" goodby "", send another fool up to us..Business should be named "" Master Rip-Off...Advice [ don't go there ] more

This Places Sucks 8/1/2011

Went there looking for a used or new boat trailer and possibly take my boat in for a tune up. Owner just plain rude and everything is over priced.. Shop is dirty junk everywhere. I am one for supporting local mom and pop shops but this place needs to go out of business more

Worst Business Practices Ever 11/14/2010

I dropped off my outboard two years ago to find out why it wouldn't start. They Price I was quoted was $400.00 to rewire the entire engine (my great uncle who sold it to me never took care of it in the salt water) because all of the wires were corroded. 30 days later i get a phone call stating that next it was the stater that had to be replaced also another $380.00. 30 days later still no start it is going to be the distributer but we cant find the part. 6 Months later I cant get my boat back because i owe about $800.00 and the problem still isn't fixed. So I went in to speak with Jay and his wonderful business like wife who tried to play me like some kind of fool and teel me that the part was out there but just couldn't find it. I told him he can keep the boat and his $800.00 bill and stick it you know where that was two years ago and now the boat is for sale out front and I own the boat and the title hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... Call me Jay if you want to buy my boat title off of me. more

paid $700, repair not made 10/14/2010

I dropped off my outboard to have it serviced. It was idling poorly. I asked for a quote before any work was done because I wasn’t sure if I wanted to invest a lot in the motor. I was told the work could be done in two weeks. After two weeks they had not looked at my motor and it took five calls over a week and a half just to reach someone. It took six more weeks from that point for the work to be done. I was quoted a price, but was charged eighty dollars more when I went to pickup the motor. The manager said, “Eighty dollars is really not that big of deal.” I pointed out if it wasn't a big deal, then he could charge me the price I was quoted. After some arm twisting, he agreed to split the difference with me. A few weeks after the repair I used the motor only to find out that the problem was not fixed. I'm $700 poorer, lost almost the entire summer of boating, and my motor runs just as poorly as before.. Bad experience from every aspect. You’ve been warned. more

Bad Business 10/3/2009

After speaking with Jay on the phone about selling my quad and agreeing to a price, I called before showing up, only to find that he was not there. However, I spoke with a female business associate of his who was rude and uninformative. She did her best to not answer any questions, and over all gave the impression that they were planning on taking advantage of me by not giving me the before said price. Needless to say I left having wasted time and gas to go there for nothing. zero star rating really. Pros: no pros Cons: poor customer service, lack of courtsey and respect more
