Had small water leak under kitchen sink. Called Cove Plumbing. Spouse was home.\r Replaced 2 plastic washers and charged 88.00.\r Believe they took advantage of the situation.\r Ask questions before you submit.\r I didn't and it cost me. more

I would NEVER do business with these trashy people! Nor would I ever recommend them to anyone!!! These people cut me off in traffic, threw something at my car, and then ran me off the side of the road! They then threatened to "Kiss my a$$" These "people" are the WORST!!!! more

Cove Plumbing has been coming to my house for years to work on my plumbing and heating system. I have always been treated fairly and had good service from them. Keeping a customer happy after 15 years of service is not an easy thing to find today. I recommend them to all my friends and family. more

Our water heater caused our house to flood. Cove Plumbing installed a new water heater Thursday and had to upgrade to meet code. By Saturday morning it was not heating any water, the pilot light would not ingite. They are only open Mon-Fri and have no means of contact for customers spending $1350 for something that does not work. We had to make other arrangements for the weekend because noone is available. Unacceptable service. more

I have had very good experiences whenever I have used Cove plumbing. I have a rental property in Copperas Cove and they have done at least three job for me there and I have always been satisfied with their work and professionalism. more

My heater was making a burning smell when it kicked on, but it still ran. Cove Plumbing came out to look at it and give us a quote. They put in some fuses and charged 135.00. They werent even here an hour. Later that evening the heater just quit running. When we called them the next morning they told us there was no sense in sending anybody out, because they had also gave us 2 other options. We told them that the heater was running before they touched it and now its not. Not only was they rude on the phone, they refused to send somebody out. I dont recomend this company to anybody. I had found someone to come out cheaper and they fixed the problem way less than what they quoted. And none of it was what they said needed to be fixed. more

Super nice people to deal with, from the Receptionist to the plumbers.. Same day service, within one hour of the call. Solved the problem quickly, very fair price (really super low). Put everything right back in place, the only way I new they were here, was that the plumbing was working properly!! Cove Plumbing Incorporated is a great business to deal with. They are very nice honest business people. They have great customer service and they explain what the problem is and how or what they need to do to fix it and give great estimates on how much it will cost. They were very nice and picked up there mess when they were done. They were pretty cheap also. more
