This Appraiser is unreliable...the company has been stolen from his ex-wife....this is true because Phil Cousineau is afraid to take me to court because he KNOWS when we get to court he will LOSE...I WILL REPEAT...THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN STOLEN...HE HAS IT LISTED AT THE followingADDRESSES: 1583 SOUTH BELCHER ROAD suite B Clearwater Florida AND 1444 South Belcher (he lies to confuse people). He has another business down the street that was started with the monies from Countywide Appraisal which makes this business part mine also...I have not been paid any money from these businesses...the other business a Pack and Send at 1444 South Belcher Road...Please use other pack and sends in the area as well as using a different appraisal company...this man is a liar, a thief, a rapist, a sociopath, and has had his appraisal license suspended TWICE...please avoid Phil Cousineau and his wife Kris... come after me Phil if this is not true...he knows it is true....
