The other 2 reviewers are right. Ellen is very rude and has no people skills. She always sounds like she is on the verge of a nervous breakdown. She is either too cheap to hire enough help to do the job right or her nasty personality and meanness are why she has no office help. Don't think of hiring this company, Ellen Hilla, manager is very unprofessional and disrespectful to homeowners in my building, Just call her and see for yourself how little tact she has. I live in a building with many senior citizens and she is so pushy and speaks so harshly that they are afraid of her. Too bad our association has no backbone and won't fire her, the association president now has to be a liason when we call management to facilitate communication. I think she gets away with it because of the age of the homeowners, and people from older generations are afraid of changes, but my neighbors feel the same as I do.
