Highly Recommend! I had to get some fender damage repaired through my insurance. Countryside Customs was recommended by a family member. They did a great job on the repair. More importantly their service was outstanding in that they arranged for a rental for me, stayed open late so I could drop off my car as well as pick it up without having to take time off from my job (I commute downtown daily), kept me informed of where they were in the claim and repair process, had my van done on time, and delivered it to me in immaculate condition - vacuumed and cleaned the interior! I can't even pay my kids to do that... Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about the repair and the claim process. When I picked up my van, the shop owner was there to ensure I was satisfied with the work and to answer any questions. While the fender damage was not pleasant, the repair process was great thanks to these guys! I highly recommend them. more

I am very happy with the work at Countryside. The car looks great! It was completed on time & returned to me clean & detailed. The employees always let me know what was happening & worked directly with my insurance company & made everything so easy for me that I would never use another body shop. My neighbor needed some work done & I told her about Countryside & she was also very happy. more

The guys at Countryside rock! They replaced by front bumper and detailed my truck from top to bottom. The staff called me regularly with status updates and I was able to plan my pick-up accordingly. I will definitely refer their service to everyone I know. Unfortunately I have dealt with my fair share of collision repair facilities, but at least now I know who I will be taking all of my cars to in the future. Awesome job. more

Best Body Shop I have ever been too!!! They fixed my 2011 Tahoe up after someone decided to hit and run my car at a parking lot. Very understanding/personable. They fixed my car in a timely fashion and even cleaned it and make it look brand new. They worked with my insurance company so really all I had to do was pay the deductible and drop my car off and they took care of the rest. I finally understand what a good body shop consist of. Wouldn't go anywhere else. It's great to know that there are some honest and decent people trying to help out other people. more

They fixed My 2009 Cadillac CTS some debris came up and destroyed my front bumper and windshield. They fixed my car and cleaned it and made it like new again. I was so impressed by the phone calls and updates that I received so i knew what was going on all the time. They worked with my insurance company, State Farm, and all i had to do was pay my deductible and they took care of everything else, they even set up a rental car and had it at their shop for me when i dropped off my car. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I highly recommend this shop. more

I was 16 years old and like any other kid drove way to fast. Long story short, i totaled my car. It looked absolutely brand new when i got it back. I then applied to be a detailer their. Worked their for about 7 months and can tell you that no one will take better care of your car. No, i am not here to promote the company and bring in people, i am just telling you that if you want your car taken care of by people who will always go that extra mile to make sure your taken care of, call up CountrySide. Oh and every vehicle that passes through is detailed for free and i will tell you from personal experience that its a 3 labor hour detail MINIMUM. Show me anyone else that does that. more

I have nothing but great things to say about Countryside. If you don't want to deal with those sleazy, greasy mechanic shops then call Countryside. \r Gerry is amazingly friendly and knowledgeable about everything that is done there. He calls with updates so you can plan accordingly. \r Steve did a wonderful job, my car looks amazing now that he fixed the bumper damage. The detailing done on my car was awesome! They cleaned it from top to bottom! Even vacuumed the spare tire area! I will use Countryside and will highly recommend them to anyone. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. more

I had some minor collision damage fixed by Countryside Customs a few weeks back. While my car was in their care, one of their employees took it for a joyride and beat on the engine while it was cold. I logged this abuse with in-car electronics and when I brought it up with an employee I was called a liar. This abuse caused extremely high oil pressures that created an oil leak onto my exhaust manifold. Thankfully no fire started, but it is not fun getting in your newly fixed car only to have it start smoking from the engine bay. Please stay away from Countryside Customs if you value your performance vehicle. Pros: Paint seems ok Cons: Beat on my car when it was in their posession more

Well first of all, I'm not here to rip the place. I just want to express my overall dissatisfaction and honest experience with countryside customs. I had a minor fender bender on my passenger side and it needed to be fixed. So, they fixed it and I got the car back and life goes on. Three years later, I'm doing some wheels and tires on my car and notice something strange. The right hand side bumber cover has two perfect cuts. The problem is that it makes the whole right side bumber assembly loose and out of place. My wheels rub on the fender because of this. If you're wondering, my car is stored and rarely driven. That's why it took me so long to realize the problen. Instead of removing the whole bumper like proffesionals, they just cut into the bumper cover to stick their hands inside the fender. Now I have to order a whole new bumper cover and install it myself. Oh, my car was perfect and in mint condition and they treated it like this! Very unhappy and shows lack of proffesional work! Pros: The place looks nice from outside Cons: Not proffesional and unhappy with overall work more
