Country Time Cycle

I just purchased a new road bike from Greg at Country Time. It was one of the best purchasing experiences that I have ever had. I wanted the carbon fiber Giant Advanced, and Greg helped me pick out the size that was best for me. He and his helpful staff helped me select pedals and shoes for the bike. The personal service i received was gratifying, and i was not prepared for the exceptionally good ""deal"" that Greg gave me. I can't recommend a bike shop, and most particularly it owner Greg, more highly more

I'll have to respectfully disagree with the other reviewer. We'd dealt with Greg and his staff in the past for both my daughter and my wife and this spring I found myself in the market for a new road bike. Admittedly, I was clueless having not bought a bike in years. I did my research and knew what I was looking for in a general way, but also needed some advice. They could not have been more accommodating, special ordering me a number of bikes to try and letting me go on long distance rides - not once around the block - just top make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. What's more, they even offered to drop a bike off at my house for a couple of day's test drive - who does that? What's more, their advice and expertise was spot on, and at the end of my search I would up paying well below list on the Trek i bought - these guys couldn't have been better and will always get my business. in fact, since I got my bike I've sent other people there and they report the same experience. This is an excellent shop, period. more

My bottom bracket and/or crankarm had a little bit of play in it so I stopped by last weekend to have it tightened up (forgot my tools) To my extreme disappointment they charged me 15 dollars for this simple repair, literally a turn of wrench. I could have bought the tool I needed and cup of coffee for that price. Really insulting for a first time customer, especially one that is looking to buy a new bike for both his mom and girlfriend. We certainly won't be shopping here. Pros: Nice floor staff Cons: Overpriced repairs and retail more
