Country Club Estates

When I first saw this place I loved it. It was in a good location, very quiet and near by the park and malls/shopping centers. I meet with Cindy who helped me sign my lease and she seems very nice. But she turned out to be a complete ass! Her and the other lady! First of all they are way too nosy! I couldnt have people stay over or give people a key without them hunting me down talking about I need to have them added on my lease which cost $$220! Why should I add someone on my lease if Im the one living here. They said if I dont they will tow my guest cars! Another time they called me trying to charge me for garbage! They will do anything to make more money out of their tenants! One time I had my sister ship something to my address because it was a surprise for her husband and she didnt want him to see it so I told her she can ship it to my address. The management team had a fit! Why should that concern them! The walls are very thin. I can hear people playing music as if I were the one playing the music. The placed looked nice when I moved in but the carpets are horrible they shed! So its really hard to maintain a good looking home. My refrigerator vegetable drawer is broken which they did not fix. When the heater is on it makes which weird humming noise! The tiles in the bathroom started to fall off! And the bathroom sink and tub takes along time to go down the drain! Overall its not worth it to live here! Especially since they are all up in your personal life. I understand that they want to know who their tenants are but they cross the line when they are harassing you into knowing whats going on including personal affairs. I pay my rent on time and never had a check bounce that should be their only concern if you ask me! So if you dont like people in your personal life I suggest you look else where! Picture a nice house on the outside and an beat up place on the inside. But they try to hid all the bad stuff by just painting over the walls or what ever. Its just not worth it!!! Look else where!!!!!! more

Management could use a lot of work. $ isn't worth the rent for a place that's in this location and older building. more

I've lived in many apartments in the past and boy, do I regret moving in here. I'm so glad I am finally moving out soon. I guess there's a reason why a lot of the sites this place is listed under do not allow reviews. The apartment itself is old looking and not kept up well. It is not the ""country style living"" as it tries to promote. The walls are thin, there's always a buzzing of the vent fans, the elevators smell and get stuck, and the doors do not automatically lock to the outside sometimes and get stuck so strangers can still walk in. The neighbors are nice, but theres no sense of community. The worst part about the apartments is the staff. One of the ladies is just downright nasty. She never makes eye contact unless she wants something out of you. You'd be lucky if she acknowledges your presence. She might be the head of the whole operation, who knows. The other one can be nice, but it's not genuine and she is a liar. They always try to nickel and dime you and the services they say they provide and the services you receive never match up. They never have any written documents made that hold them accountable for anything. Very shady here. Be forewarned. I thought I was moving into a great place when I first got here, but then after a month I started regretting it. If I could have broken my lease earlier I would have, one year is way to long for a dump like this. Pros: NOTHING Cons: Would give 0 stars if I could more
