The Place To Be 4/17/2006

The Plaza is one of Kansas City's defining features. The area has great shopping, fitness, eating, and creative opportunities. Hit up the Plaza if your a college student looking for upscale bars or the casual couple looking for a nice, elegant meal or someone in between. The Cheesecake Factory is a great start to a night of shopping and drinks. The Barnes and Noble is a must for the first timer, as well as the many specality stores. more

Great Fun 4/10/2006

There is nothing better than a beautiful walk through the Country Club Plaza. The Plaza has an abundancy of restaurants and wonderful shops. Some of my favorite shops are Z Gallerie, The Gap, and Helzberg Diamonds. They have free parking in parking garages. At Easter time they have the most wonderful statues of Easter bunnies that are great for pictures. The fountains are also great to look at. more

Great shopping and dining 4/3/2006

This is such a wonderful place to shop, eat and just walk around. They have some very nice stores and some very unique merchandise. The fountains in the area are beautiful and it really makes for a nice summer time stroll. I love to take out of town guests to this area for dinner and some shopping. You may run into a gross homeless person once in a while, but overall the area is kept pretty neat and clean. more

Shopping 3/28/2006

The Country Club Plaza is the pillar of Kansas City, Missouri. There are numerous restaurants on the plaza including The Cheesecake Factory, Tomfooleries, Grandfalloon, etc. There are also many shops including The Gap, Restoration Hardware, Children's Place, Barnes and Noble and the list goes on. You can take a carriage ride and enjoy the plaza lights at Christmas time. I enjoy walking through Halls and enjoying the Christmas decorations. more

Country Club Plaza 12/30/2005

The Country Club Plaza is a great place to spent the day. This is an outdoor mall with all kinds of different stores and restaurants to visit. The best time to go and visit is during the holidays when they have all of the Christmas lights on and you can even take a carriage ride around the plaza. And make sure and check out the fountains during the summer because they are really neat to see. more

So much fun! 11/15/2005

I love going down to the Plaza! There is a ton of shopping all in walking distance, great food like the cheesecake factory and the Plaza lighting on Thanksgiving couldn't be more fun! It is always tradition to go down for the lighting, the only cons is the limited parking and some of the shopping is pricey but the experience makes it all worth it :) more

A must see when in KC 9/28/2005

Beauiful stores. great restaurants, fountains. The carriage rides at Christmas are expensive but so much fun! Parking can be tricky on busy Saturdays but just keep looking and the parking garages are on most corners. Great hotels if you need a place to stay and history to boot! Definately worth a trip if you are in town. more

The Country Club Plaza is a great outdoor, pedestrian shopping mall. It's an area that is more focused on walking than driving which is a great break from suburbia. The Plaza attracts popular upscale chain stores and restaurants as well as unique local shops and eateries. It's a fun place to shop, eat and walk around! more
