I lived at Cottonwood Grove for 13 months and was miserable. Our unit was infested with ants. The parking was terrible and the walls are paper thin. Every time someone walked in the unit above us, are light fixtures would rattle. But what infuriated me the most was the management. We had extremely rowdy college students living above us. They kept us up night after night with their drunken parties. The apartment manager never once took my complaints seriously and actually yelled at ME for calling her pager one night after 11pm to complain! They would vomit on the balcony above us, throw their cigarette butts and wads of chewing gum on our porch, park in front of our garage and have wrestling matches above us at 3am and all management would say was "they are very nice boys..introduce yourself to them". Nobody should have to pay $1105 a month rent and deal with such things. Living there was a horrible experience for me and I hope to never live at a place like that again.
