Care in a warm and welcoming environment, our highly trained staff is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week to provide service in a way that encourages independence and fosters self-worth and purpose. We are there to assist our residents but avoid doing for them those things that they want to do for themselves. We closely monitor their status for changes in both physical and mental condition. Each day our clients are assisted with "getting up" and "getting going." Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing as needed, is provided. Rooms are straightened and laundry is done. With the beginning of each day, we see to it that breakfast is prepared and the morning meal is pleasant and nourishing. Medications are cared for and any individual needs are attended to. Activities to make the day enjoyable and interesting are available and we strive to give each of our family individual attention. As the day progresses, we tend to the mid- day meal and any transportation and out ings, social interactions, and special celebrations. Afterwards, we have the evening meal and enjoy the remaining evening time.
Assistance with living activities as necessary - Our trained staff is available to help you with the activities of daily living. From person hygiene to room cleaning and laundry. We do this in a manner that respects the dignity of our residents and promotes their independence. While always being there to provide care, we try hard not to be invasive of their privacy.*Respectful personal hygiene care - We ensure that the personal hygiene needs of each resident are met.*Housekeeping and laundry services -Our facility is always maintained in a neat, clean and sanitary condition.*Medication monitoring, management and supervision - We assist the administration of medications and monitor the administration schedule to ensure that medications are taken properly. We continually monitor our residents to note any changes in behavior or health that may be important to report to medical service providers. *Transportation to appointments - We make sure medical appointments are kept.*Relevant a nd entertaining physical and social activities - We observe birthdays and holidays. We have daily activities to promote interests and health. We have outings for shopping and entertainment; We arrange special entertainment activities and events. Family is always invited and encouraged to attend and visit.
