My mistake was probably calling 1-800 flowers. I placed an order for a baby arrangement, requesting a wicker basket, a balloon, and something nice for a baby boy. The arrangement arrived in a "drum" container (white and gold), no balloon, with purple iris, snapdragons, something I would call goldenrod (orangy), and greenish yellow, a single red rose and the only thing blue was a blue bow. The card was oversized with sloppy writing, and no picture on the card itself, just advertising for the business. Included in that card was another business card advertising the flower shop, along with another card advertising a tanning business. Not only was I disappointed with the flowers, but also the card. The "extra" advertising I felt was totally uncalled for.
Cons: customer satisfaction, better cards, no extra advertising
