Costello's Tavern

I have eaten at Costello's twice. The first time I ate here ( in September 2005) the food was just okay. The second time I ate here the food was horrible!! I went with two of my friends and their dishes were just as awful. The food was ice cold and not as stated on the menu, with missing items. For example, I ordered a chicken sandwich that was supposed to come with tomato, basil and mozzarella. It was missing the mozzarella and basil. When I brought it to the attention of the waitress, she brought me over an ice cold slice of mozzarella the size of a quarter. The service, like the food, is also inconsistent. The first time I went there the bartender largely ignored us. The second time it was better. I would stick to getting beer and drinks at this place. Pros: cheap Cons: bad service more

Great neighborhood spot!! entertainment on thursday-sunday.open jam on thurs 60-70's on fri,reggae on sat and jazz jam on sunday.italian menu with great pizza served till 10.come check it out. darts also. Pros: parking lot in rear, great bar staff, pizza is very good Cons: can get crowded more
